- Returns & Exchanges: We offer 5 days hassle-free returns and exchanges from the date of delivery. After initiating a return, please allow an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
- Reverse Pick-Up: We provide a reverse pick-up service for your convenience. Please note, a reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted per order (not per item) at the time of refund, regardless of the number of items in your order.
- Return Request: To initiate a return, please email us with all return details. Your request will be reviewed by our team, and you’ll be updated on the status.
- Pick-Up Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt pick-up twice. If unsuccessful, you’ll need to send the product(s) back to us yourself.
- Product Condition: Please return your product(s) in the same condition as shipped. Items that are worn or returned in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.
- Processing Time: Kindly allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed and the amount to be credited back to your account.

Please note: No returns on final sale items.
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations are possible only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Exchange: We offer size exchanges of the same product, limited to one exchange per order. Please note: Exchanges are not available for final sale items.
- Prepaid Orders – Delivery Failure (Re-shipping) : If a prepaid order is not delivered due to customer
unavailability/cancellation, Rs.100 (prepaid) will be charged to re-ship the order. - Prepaid Orders – Refused Delivery: As per our policy for prepaid orders that are refused at the time of delivery, a deduction of Rs. 100 will be applied to the refund amount to cover shipping and handling costs.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect product claims, an unboxing video showing the package opening is mandatory for verification.
